Refund Policy

Peak Solutions, LLC does not offer refunds for missed workshops (no-shows),
unless prior arrangements are made via phone (678-626-7210)
or email (peak.solutions.expert@gmail.com).
You can have your funds applied to another workshop within 12 months of the date
you were originally scheduled to attended,  provided you have followed the instructions above. 
If you don't utilize those funds in the 12 month period, those funds will be forfeited.
No Exceptions!!!
When you are ready to redeem your funds for a new workshop,
  email peak.solutions.expert@gmail.com to advise what date and workshop.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent, which will serve as your new registration confirmation.
  

Complaints

If you have any complaints regarding your workshop registration, experience as an attendee, or other matters related to your experiences with Peak Solutions, LLC as it relates to continuing education, please notify Jeff Hughes by emailing peak.solutions.expert@gmail.com.
