Mindfulness For Daily Living
The concept of mindfulness has been around for centuries yet has only been recognized in the helping professions since the 80's. It has proven to be an effective means of meditation and relaxation, along with having a greater awareness of self.
This interactive workshop will explore the teachings of Jon Kabat-Zinn and others, looking at how to implement mindfulness in our daily functioning.
* All workshops are approved by LPCA of GA, which indicates that the CE workshop content & presenter qualifications meet or exceed the requirements set by the GA Composite Board.
